At WrappedWondersz, we take pride in creating beautiful, personalized gifts that make every moment special. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience.

1. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the customized and handmade nature of many of our products, including gift hampers, resin art, personalized keychains, and photo frames, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on customized products unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For non-customized products, return eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the issue.

  • A brief description of the problem.

After verification, we will offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered for verified cases involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered orders, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect after processing. Bank or payment-provider delays may apply.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before customization or order processing begins. Once a personalized product has entered production, cancellation may not be possible.

If an order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be available.

5. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is required by applicable law or the issue is attributable to us.

6. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise:

  • Personalized gift hampers.

  • Customized keychains and photo frames.

  • Resin art and handmade personalized products.

  • Products made specifically according to customer instructions.
